� Moved sim licensing annotation metadata to the repository

� Produced a sim-based licensing report

Accessibility

� Discussion with Colin Clark regarding sim accessibility

� Investigated Java Accessibility Bridge for Windows, with JAWS screen reader and ZoomText magnifier

� Discussion with Wendy regarding federal and state requirements, including 508 and 1194.21.� Many groups produce a report like this one to depict which requirements are satisfied.

Translations

� Rewrote translation loader to load directly instead of using ResourceBundle.� This means correct language will be used in the simulation.

� We need to decide whether we�d like to fix this problem for all JAR files currently on tigercat, by copy/renaming translated files already in the JARs.
