Energy Skate Park

· Posted 3 revisions, latest is:

· Added a threshold to prevent tiny bounces

· Added restore point for “return skater” or “bring back…”

· Lots of tiny user interface and graphics fixes (see changes.txt linked above)

· Recommend the rest of the team look at this before thorough investigation; also recommend thorough investigation is incremental and collaborative, instead of a large batch operation.

· This simulation is ready for phet-team testing and/or user testing.
