Torque/Rotation

· Latest version

· Added multiple modules for Torque

1. Removed performance optimization (not set to work with multiple modules yet)

· Added handle graphic

· Remove data when buffer is full (should delay crashing a long time)

1. Still not removing data from the chart, so crashing can still occur if you let this run long enough

Translation

· Met with Mike to discuss translations for Flash sims

Deferred Initialization

· Investigated support for faster startup times by building tabs later

· Best solution here would take some nontrivial time decoupling tabs from phet application usage
