This harness is for https://github.com/phetsims/tasks/issues/1123.

To verify that https://github.com/phetsims/joist/issues/897 is fixed, please do the following for each item in the select:

1. Select a sim
2. Wait for the sim to load. When done you will see "Simulation Loaded!".
3. The page should NOT scroll down to the sim on its own.

If the simulation fails to load or the page scrolls down please let me know.
