Made the polymerase be "recycled" on the 2nd tab, so that it fades out when it finishes transcribing, then reappears in a good position to transcribe again. On the 2nd tab, made the transcription factors and polymerase be somewhat "pulled in" to the appropriate locations on the DNA strand to start transcription. This increases transcription rates substantially. Changed the algorithm that defines the way that transcription factors detach and reattach to the DNA to pay attention to different site affinities. Made polymerase go to back of its layer when it attaches to the DNA so that it goes behind any transcription factors. This looks better when collisions occur. Halved the max concentration of the transcription factors on the 2nd tab. Set model-view transform for 2nd tab to be slightly more zoomed out. Made the node for the grabbed biomolecule always move to the top of the z-order for its layer. Added support for multiple positive transcription factors per gene, added to gene 2 only so far.
